Nippon, Lemonade Set, Jewel Tea Co. Premium
A Japanese porcelain Nippon china lemonade set consisting of a large open mouthed pitcher and 6 cups. This set was a premium given away by the Jewel Tea co., Chicago, Illinois, USA . 1916 – 1919. As a premium it has various factory blemishes and the porcelain is course with some inclusions, any imperfections are original to production.

Size, pitcher: 6.5″ tall x 7.5″ wide
Size, cups (x6): 3.625″ tall x 3.75″ wide (with handle)
Decoration: Polychrome painted Cacti, in Bloom
Date: c. 1916 – 1919
Condition: Very Good – Excellent. The handle of one cup has a tight hairline, otherwise an excellent and highly functional example.
