A “motto ware” inkwell made by Watcombe Torquay Pottery (Royal Torquay Pottery), signed, c. 1871-1901, declaring the appropriate verse “Frae GLesca JisT a Screep o yer pen”.

Condition: Very Good (7). There is some ware to the glaze on the lid (see pics), the body is Excellent.
