DESCRIPTION: The sun illuminates the shining bare branches of birch and the welcome green of pine on the near shore of a frozen lake extending outwards to the distant snow covered shores and rolling landscape of Northern Ontario.

Active member Federation of Canadian Artists, Rockport Art Association, North Shore Arts Association, Gloucester. Prize winner Suffolk Museum, Long Island, 1947-1949. Five Canadian Galleries. Directs Art Appleby College, Maintains Hamilton Studio. Students 7-70 years. She holds year round Exhibitions. Represented in many permanent and private collections here and abroad, including Queen Elizabeth.
