SUMMARY: Bohemian art glass vase of iridized opalglass with green threading, made by Elisabeth Glasfabrik (Pallme-König & Habel; Wilhelm Habel), Kosten, Bohemia, circa 1900.
DESCRIPTION: The low bowl of iridized white opalescent glass is decorated with a carefully applied band of iridized green threading around a high shoulder, the rim is freely double crimped six times then rolled back and over the short neck. The whole raised on an integral pad foot.
DIMENSIONS: 3 ½” high x 5 ½” diameter
MARKINGS: unsigned; polished pontil
CONDITION: Excellent Antique Condition – undamaged with no restoration. For Accuracy Only: the base shows signs of shelf wear as expected.
