Product Tag: Giuseppi Salvati (Italy 1900-1968)

Born in Naples in 1900 Giuseppe Salvati studied art at the Belle Arte Academy, Naples. By 1932, he was exhibiting in Capri. His work was well received and he won a gold medal for scenes of Capri, Amalfi, and Sorrento, in pastel. Throughout his very prolific career, Salvati produced commercial and intimate scenes of Italian landscapes and life. He died in 1968.
