Danecraft (American, Est 1934) Birks (Canada, Est. 1879) Arts & Crafts Floral Bracelet, c. 1940 gilt wash sterling silver 7 ⅝ inches long x ¾ inches wide 26.4 grams Notes: An American sterling silver (with gilt wash) bracelet in the Arts & Crafts style, (10 11/16”) 7 ⅝ inches long x ¾ inches wide, made by Danecraft (Providence, Rhode Island, Est. 1934), and retailed by Birks, Canada, circa 1940. The bracelet consists of five identical rectangular panels with rounded corners, each depicting a delicate and elegant reticulated stylized floral with foliage motif, joined together by narrow reeded band connectors. The original clasp consists of a jump ring with attached spring ring that attaches to the panel at the opposite end of the bracelet. Scroll Down for further details
