ARTIST BIOGRAPHY: Susan Andrina (Ruttan) Ross (Canada, 1915-2006) CM. A Canadian painter Ross is primarily known for her work in the First Nations, Northern and Arctic Canada. Studied at Ontario College of Art. A friend of Norval Morrisseau, Morrisseau’s portrait of her is held in the National Gallery of Canada.
