Notes: Unusual Black and white studio trade portrait photograph of three wallpaperers in work clothes with their tools which consist of scissors, brushes, trowels, and bucket, by Robert W. Willoughby, Elmira, Ontario (1906-1918).

Biography: Robert W. Willoughby (act. 1906-1918) Born in Bruce County, Ontario, 20 Jun 1865. Moved to Elmira circa 1898 and purchased the photography business of Mr. N. Cress, where he would continue to work until 1918. Specializing in enlarging portraits and studio work, he also did picture framing. Many of the original portraits in “Enterprising Elmira” were produced at his studio.
