Summary: Austrian art nouveau art glass shade in the Carrageen Genre 2420, made at Loetz Witwe, circa 1905. The bell form shape is pulled outward at four points to form a ruffle-blossom and is identified in the Loetz reference.
Markings: unsigned well-documented form & Decor
Condition: Very Good
For Accuracy: an antique it may show expected light signs of age. The rim has been ground at some point – this is not visible and it retains sufficient lip to hold secure within a fixture.
