Notes: French Art Deco pedestal form ‘Dampierre’ vase decorated with a deep mold of clear glass with a central band of birds standing on a branch nestled between bands of leaves, frosted décor, designed by Marc Lalique in 1948 and made at Lalique, France, c. 1948-1977.

“Designed in 1948 by Marc Lalique, this vase is decorated with carved birds in satin crystal. Through this vase, Lalique pays tribute to two themes dear to René Lalique, the Fauna and Flora .”
