Light blue ‘Eugeneo aurato’ fan vase with gold aventurine resting on a circular clear pad foot, made by the renowned Italian glassmakers Barovier & Toso, Murano, Italy, appropriately unsigned with a snap pontil, c. 1940s. The mottled blue Eugeneo glass, with inner gold foil and finished in a thin iridescent surface, is formed of 12 ‘ribs’ rising upwards from the base, the top pulled out at the ends to form a ‘fan’.
Condition: Vintage, Excellent
