Josef Rindskopf Söhne AG (Czechoslovakia, c. 1876-1930s)
‘Marbled’ Vase, c. 1900
iridized, blown glass
9 7/8” high x 5 ¼” diameter
Notes: An Art Nouveau green ‘Marbled’ Vase of organic bulbous form made by Josef Rindskopf Söhne AG (Czechoslovakia, c. 1876-1930s)
Markings: unsigned well-documented form and décor
Condition: Very Good
For Accuracy: an antique vase it may show expected light signs of age and use related wear. The top is flat cut and shows normal roughness, as made. There is a single miniscule spot at the edge (we believe this to be a burst bubble from manufacture and not damage), this is negligible and does not affect the integrity of the vase in the least. The iridized finish is a brilliant quality with strong purples and shimmering effect.
