SUMMARY: Impressive Art Nouveau vase with salmon spottings and green with white feathering coming down from the top, made at Josef Rindskopf’s Sohne AG, circa 1900-1905. These vases come in various sizes; this is the largest size we’ve seen. The form is subtle and bold in its execution with a salmon spotted disc waist, extended flaring neck and an established integral foot. The upward neck is complimented with a downward pulled feather décor peaking at the quatrefoil mouth. All finished in shimmering iridescence.
DIMENSIONS: 13 ⅝” high x 6 ¼” diameter
MARKINGS: unsigned; well-documented form; snap-pontil
CONDITION: Antique, Excellent Condition – no damage or repairs. For Accuracy Only: there is a small glass glob under the waist, this is not uncommon and not damage. Wear commensurate with age. Ready for Display.
