This technique was accomplished by a handful of the top art glass manufacturers across UK and Europe (Webb, Harrach, Stuart, etc.); the polished pontil, crimped and lobed form and clear trailing indicate it is likely Stuart. Green “peacock eyes” with clear pads and trailing are equidistantly applied around the body.
