Description & Notes: An American Brilliant Cut heavy clear crystal jar, decorated with conjoined pyramid shaped strawberry cuts separated by radiating fan cuts, capped by a slide on sterling silver stepped dome cover with applied bead border. The silver made by Woodside Sterling Co., of New York, NY, circa 1900. The original historic owners monogram is ornately engraved on the top button.
Markings: signed on side of silver lid, “W” within a wreath, “STERLING 347”

Dimensions: 3 1/8” high x 2 ½” diameter
Condition: A period piece, it is offered in fine original condition. No Damage, no repair. For accuracy the cover has a period monogram with the entwined initials “A / D / F”. The included puff is original and intact with soft full down and faux-ivory ring handle.
