Biography: Nakwasee is dancer and artist from the Kwakwaka’wakw House of Lelooska, daughter of artists and dancer Patty Fawn, niece of Clan Chief Tsungani, and grand-daughter to artist and dancer Shona-Hah who was born into a Cherokee family and adopted by the Kwakiutl as ‘Tl’alihilugwa’ in 1968.
