Notes: Demi-Parure (matching earrings & brooch set) by Mexican retailer Laton, designed and made by artist C-50, Taxco, c. 1968. The central theme to this set is a sterling silver convex mirror surrounded by a brass rope border; each earring has one dome and a double rope border, and the brooch is a trio surrounded by a single brass rope border.
Markings: each piece pressed verso, “MEXICO / TC-50 / L ATON / 925”
Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition – no damage, no repair with very little age and use wear, only what is expected on such an item. It has not been polished and is offered as found to preserve the patina for future generations and the buyer’s personal preferences.
