Markings: Base is marked with the black 1875-1881 “COALPORT / A.D. 1759” under British Registry mark with date code for 5th December, 1881, “IV / 5 / u Rd E / A”. The inclusion of the date stamp with the registry mark indicates this is likely from 1881, the first year of production.
Dimensions: 6 7/8” high x 4” diameter
Condition: A period piece, 184 years old, it is offered in superb original condition – no damage, no repair, and as relevant as ever.
