Description: An immensely popular design this Tudric line biscuit box, shape no. 0194, was designed by Archibald Knox in his trademark British Arts & Crafts style and retailed by Liberty & Co, c. 1905. The swollen square form, decorated with a cast low relief trellis of Art Nouveau flowers. While sold as a biscuit box it is often referred to as a tea caddy or just ‘box’.
