Summary: Vintage original watercolour illustration of a joyous baby, by illustrator Kay (Bell) Kinsman (1909-1998). During the 1930s Kinsman did illustration work for various publications including the Canadian Home Journal and Chatelaine. This is likely original artwork for a published piece, her skill is immediately apparent with the unrestrained blush and blossom of colour and clear “spontaneous vision.”

Description: Depicted is a young child with large expressive features holding a toy stuffed rabbit painted on Reeves & Sons Ltd., Whatman Drawing Board.
