10 ¾” high x 6” diameter

Notes: A Secessionist amphora vase with interpretive chestnut decoration in yellow and black on a mottled blue and white ground with four spiralling handles adjoining the shouldered gourd and long extended neck, hand-finished on a potter’s wheel.

Markings: artist signed, ‘FRIGGA’; impressed with marks AM-3 ‘AMPHORA’, AM-4 [Crown], AM-7 ‘AUSTRIA’, AM-9 ‘IMPERIAL AMPHORA TURN’ [Stylized Austro-Hungarian Eagle], AM-11, ‘11750’ / ‘55’, ‘G’

Condition: Very Good
For Accuracy: an antique vase it may show expected light signs of age and use related wear.
