A French made art pottery stoneware vase with a soft glaze, 5 ¾ inches high x 5 ¼ inches in diameter. The gourd shaped globular vase has eight mottled cream segments arranged concentrically each divided by a narrow dark green impressed line that also encircles the rim and the base. It is signed on the bottom by a presently unknown maker and then overwritten with a light blue wide ink stamp of condensed font: “MADE IN FRANCE”.
