A rare and elegant set of 12 sterling silver menu / place card holders made by Henry Birks & Sons (often referred to as Canada’s Tiffany & Co), 2 inches long x 1 ¼ inches high x 1 ½ inches base diameter. Each holder has a cast figural pheasants mounted on a circular hollow plinth which has a slot cut behind the bird for a card.
Markings: Each base plinth is impressed near the front bottom, “BIRK’S STERLING”
Weight: All 12 pieces are 231 grams combined or approximately 19.25 each.
CONDITION: All are in Excellent Vintage Condition: the most minimal age related wear from polished. Beautiful vintage patina. Ready for Use and Display.
