Description: A scarce Daiya clockwork ‘Wind-Up Moon Astronaut’ toy with ack-ack noise and walking action.
Markings: ‘Daiya’ / ‘MADE IN JAPAN’ trademark on bottom
Condition: Vintage, Very Good/As Is
For Accuracy: a vintage toy it may show expected light signs of age, please view photographs carefully. It comes with original box. There are a couple of light scratches to the finish and a puncture to the lid, else the body and box are very nice indeed. It does have some action however the arms aren’t rising and falling. My best guess is they only require repositioning as the feet and ack-ack noise seem to be working okay. See video. It is being left as-found for the buyer’s technical skill and conservation preferences.
