Circular Moorcroft bowl in the ‘Orchid’ pattern, with straight flared sides on a raised foot, 4 ¼ inches diameter x 2 ¼ inches high. The interior is decorated with a tube lined orchid in shades of red, yellow and blue, on a shaded green background while the exterior is dark green.
The base is impressed with the following marks used from 1928-1935: “WMoorcroft / POTTER TO / H M THE QUEEN / MADE IN / ENGLAND 6”
