Markings: ‘Y G Co’ ‘Trade Mark’ ‘70’ impressed onto the base, despite being made of ceramic this Victorian apothecary jar was made by the York Glass Company, York, England.
Condition: an Antique it may show expected light signs of age and use related wear. There is some staining to the rim, shoulder and name plate, some water damage to the name plate, and some occasional wear to the pink, but overall it is Very Good. Of a large size this would have held an ample amount of honey balm.
