Summary: Rare Celtic pattern double handled skillet pot with embossed band of brightly enameled knots and jewels contained between a gilt border, made by Belleek, 2nd Black Mark, 1891-1926. The embossing is crisp and the enameling, of spectacular colour, carefully applied.
