Description: American Art Pottery conch shell planter / vase made by the Van Briggle Potter, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA, circa 1940-60s. The representational shell lays on its side with the opening positioned upwards for storage and use. It is glazed with the iconic Van Briggle turquoise matte glaze with blue overspray, this example being subtly finished in a soft natural blue.
Condition: Very Good
For Accuracy: a vintage item it shows light signs of use and wear commensurate with age.
