Markings: impressed with hallmarks and touchmarks on the inside of the lid and on the base of the pot: ‘H.S’ / ‘Crown’ [Sheffield] / ‘Lion Passant’ [sterling silver] / ‘M’ [1879-1880] / ‘Queen Victoria Head’ [duty mark]
Condition: An Antique it is in Very Good Condition made of a heavy gauge sterling silver with a warm rich patina. For Accuracy: the lid has a slight wiggle
