American Art Pottery Tulip bulb vase made by the Van Briggle Pottery, Colorado Springs, Colorado, SA, post 1940. The stylized body is intended to resemble that of an unfolding tulip head; this blossom is in the iconic mat turquoise glaze with deeper turquoise overspray.
Dimensions: 3 ¾” high x 3 ¾” diameter
Marking: inscribed on base with conjoined A’s logo above all script “Van Briggle” / “Colo. Spgs”
Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition – no damage, no repair.
